Media globalization has emerged as a transformative phenomenon that has reshaped the way information and culture are disseminated across the world. Enabled by rapid technological progress and the rise of digital platforms, this process transcends geographical boundaries, connecting individuals and societies in unprecedented ways. While it facilitates cross-cultural exchange and enhances access to diverse content, media globalization also raises concerns regarding cultural homogenization, information reliability, and the dominance of global media conglomerates. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of digital media and global communication, focusing on its evolution, social media etiquette, impact on culture and society, and the challenges it presents in the contemporary world. The study employs a library-based analytical method, supported by relevant literature, to explore the positive and negative dimensions of digital media globalization. By examining these aspects, the paper highlights both the opportunities and risks of media globalization and underscores the need for responsible, inclusive, and culturally sensitive approaches to digital communication.

This study explores the traditional Ayurvedic process of manufacturing Rajavarta Bhasma, a medicine derived from Rajavarta (Lapis Lazuli). The process involved step-wise purification (Shodhana) followed by incineration (Marana) under controlled conditions. Each stage was carefully observed to ensure the product attained the established characteristics of a highquality Bhasma. The results indicate that Rajavarta Bhasma, when processed through traditional methods, yields a stable product that fulfills classical standards and demonstrates potential therapeutic value.

Meditation is one of the most ancient practices for self-realization, stress reduction, and mind–body integration. This study examines the effect of meditation on selected physiological parameters—blood pressure and pulse rate—among postgraduate students in physical education. Thirty male students, aged 21–25 years, were randomly divided into a control and an experimental group. The experimental group practiced meditation for one month (one hour daily) while the control group followed their routine. Data were collected using a stethoscope and sphygmomanometer and analysed through the t-test. Findings revealed a significant reduction in pulse rate in the experimental group compared with the control group, indicating improved autonomic balance and relaxation response. Blood pressure also showed a downward trend, though not statistically significant. These results highlight the physiological benefits of meditation, reinforcing its application in physical education, stress management, and lifestyle modification.

A literature review is a comprehensive overview and assessment of the database of existing research on a given topic. Through the summarization, analysis, and synthesis of research findings, it pinpoints significant themes, knowledge gaps, and areas in need of further investigation. In this article, we will explore various references to the Vanga from the Vedic period to the present. types, properties, etymology, utpatti, shodhana, marana, and various processes that are available in the classics. Gathering all the information prior to beginning any clinical, analytical, experimental, or pharmaceutical study is the goal of a literature review. despite the fact that theoretical knowledge is necessary for all practical procedures.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ( ADHD ) is the most common neurobehavioral disorder of childhood. ADHD is characterized by in-attention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. In addition, there are other secondary symptoms associated with ADHD such as insomnia, learning disabilities and delayed language development. The symptoms affect cognitive, academic, behavioural, emotional and social functioning. In Ayurveda, disorders related to psychiatric and behavioral disturbances are discussed under the chapter of Unmada. So, according to the sign and symptoms it can be co-related with Unmada. ADHD is a Vata-Pitta predominant disorder. The present case was carried out in Kaya Chikitsa OPD of Jammu Institute Of Ayurveda & Research Jammu with an aim to assess the efficacy of Ayurvedic treatment protocol in the management of ADHD.
