Coca Cola company has been a catalyst for social interaction and inspired innovation. Tom-Tom is a flagship candy in Nigeria, is a big elliptical, black and white sweet, with strong menthol flavour. To determine the histomorphological effect on kidney and liver tissue of wistar rat induced with coke and tom-tom. This study will create awareness on the use of Coke and Tom- tom mixture and it's useful to the health, preventing and increasing health conditions. Apparently healthy Wistar rat of both sex with average weight of 1.5kg were randomly assigned in to four groups. Animals were group in to group A B C and D as Control which Group B: B1, B2, B3 B4 and two control served as test were feed, with oral administration. The weight of rats in each group was monitored over three weeks period. The initial weights of the rats in Group A, B, and C were 104.75g, 105.375g and 142.875g respectively. The initial weight of the control was 93.125g. In the second week of oral administration, there was a significant increase in the weights of the rats in Group A, B and C to 135.625g, 130g, and 168.75g respectively. In the third week of the oral administration of coke and tom-tom, there was little reduction in weight in Group A, B, and C to 135.5g, 128.875, and 164.74g respectively. The weight of the rats in the control group increases significantly between the range of 93.125g to 109.75g likely due to normal physiological growth and development. Finally, based on the entire literature reviewed for this report, this paper concludes with a checklist that can be used by program administrators to develop effective substance abuse programming. There are several clear directions for future research, which would touch several of the different areas mentioned within this research.
